Terms and Conditions of Use of e11bet

1. Definitions and Scope of Application

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings described below:

• "e11bet" refers to the sports betting and online casino platform operated under the domain e11bet.net.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person who creates an account or accesses e11bet's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by each user on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to deposited funds available for betting or withdrawal in the user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted by e11bet under the specific conditions of each promotion.
• "Services" refers to all features made available by e11bet, including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, crash games, and Live Casino.

These terms apply to all registered users of e11bet, regardless of the service type used. e11bet reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notice to users via email or an in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an e11bet account and use the platform's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration — including full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Not be enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programs in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an e11bet employee.

Each CPF may be linked to only one e11bet account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same CPF or false information may result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with no refund of any irregularly obtained balances.

E11bet reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification at any time, especially before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

3. Deposits

E11bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant, available 24/7. Minimum of R$ 20.00 per transaction.
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of up to 3 business days after payment.
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard; immediate processing for debit, up to 24 hours for credit.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing upon validation of the source account.
• TED Transfer — accepted from any Brazilian bank, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, Inter, and others. Credit timing is subject to banking hours.

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 20,00. Other methods may have different minimum amounts, shown at the time of the transaction. All deposits must be made exclusively by the account holder — e11bet does not accept deposits from third parties.

E11bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's responsibility.

4. Withdrawals and Identity Verification

Withdrawals at e11bet are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the CPF of the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

For your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) is required, which involves submitting:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport).
• Selfie holding your ID next to your face.
• Proof of address in the account holder's name, issued within the last 90 days.

After the first approved verification, subsequent withdrawals are processed without requiring new documentation, unless there is an account update or suspicion of misuse. The KYC verification review period is up to 48 business hours.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover

E11bet offers periodic bonuses and promotions subject to specific conditions. The welcome bonus is granted automatically on the first qualifying deposit. To convert bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds, users must meet the rollover requirement described in the terms of each individual promotion.

General rules applicable to all e11bet bonuses:

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only, tied to the CPF and email address used at registration.
• The standard rollover is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount in qualifying bets, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward Sports Betting rollover requirements.
• In casino games, slots, and crash games, the contribution toward the rollover varies by game type — check the specific terms of each promotion.
• The standard validity period for meeting the rollover requirement is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted.
• Unused bonuses or bonuses with an unmet rollover requirement by the deadline are automatically cancelled without compensation.
• E11bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of promotional abuse or the use of multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses.

6. General Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on e11bet covers football events (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international competitions), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), tennis, e-sports, and many other sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting on the platform:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after the bet is confirmed in the system.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is voided and the staked amount is returned to the account balance.
• If an event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the bet remains valid.
• For live betting, odds are updated in real time. A bet is confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment the user confirms it.
• E11bet reserves the right to suspend markets or correct odds in the event of a manifest pricing error. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be voided.
• The official result used to settle bets is the result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified in the market (e.g., "including extra time").
• For accumulator bets, voiding one selection results in the total odds being recalculated without that selection — the accumulator remains valid.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts per event vary by market and event. Limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet. e11bet reserves the right to adjust betting limits for users whose betting patterns are considered irregular or professional.

7. Casino Games, Slots & Crash Games

E11bet offers online casino games provided by internationally licensed developers. All games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes.

The RTP (return to player) for each game is available in that game's information section. RTP represents the theoretical percentage the game returns to players over the long run — it is not a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.

• Each game may have specific rules and mechanics — read the game rules before playing with real money.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time with real dealers. Any technical interruptions during a round will be resolved in accordance with each game's rules.
• E11bet is not liable for losses resulting from user decisions based on beliefs in "systems" or "guaranteed winning strategies."
• Crash games carry their own risk dynamic — the user decides when to cash out and bears full responsibility for that decision.

8. Account Security and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. e11bet strongly recommends:

• Use a unique, strong password for your e11bet account — different from any other service you use.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with third parties, including family members.
• Report any suspicious or unauthorized account access to support immediately.

Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, use of automated betting software, or any practice that compromises the integrity of the platform will result in permanent account closure with no refund of balance.

9. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

E11bet believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial distress. That's why the platform offers responsible gambling tools accessible directly from each account's dashboard:

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Temporary self-exclusion — pause access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the exclusion period, login and deposits are not permitted.
• Permanent self-exclusion — request permanent account closure. The process is irreversible and any available balance will be returned after identity verification.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

E11bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. The main grounds for closure include:

• Providing false information during registration or in verification documents.
• Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF or different CPFs by the same individual.
• Use of an account by anyone under 18 years of age.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses and promotions.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized tools for betting.
• Threats, abusive language, or hostile behavior directed at the e11bet team.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled. The real deposited balance may be returned after review, provided the infraction does not involve illegal activity. The decision on refunding balances in closure cases is at e11bet's sole discretion and is final.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. Any pending withdrawals are processed normally before the account is permanently closed.

12. Limitation of Liability and Final Provisions

E11bet is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Technical failures, service outages, or scheduled maintenance that temporarily affect access to the platform.
• Bet or game outcomes — gambling involves inherent risk and results are unpredictable.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account caused by the user's own negligence.
• Internet connectivity issues or failures on the user's devices.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
